Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is when I meet with you one on one. During these sessions, we set goals and assess symptoms. I will teach you different coping skills/ tools during these sessions to decrease the symptoms with which you are presenting I will be honest, therapy is difficult. It is important that you are ready to start working when you decide to take the step of attending therapy. I am here to support you and walk beside you during this process. I look to you to make the commitment of wanting to meet goals and feel better. For most of the individual therapy sessions, we will meet for 1 hour. Different interventions may be used during individual therapy.
